NEXTracker Gets A+ from Customers on Hurricane Irma Report Card

When the U.S.  government declared a state of emergency in advance of Hurricane Irma’s arrival on September 8, we knew what was at stake for the 33 NEXTracker solar projects (or 24,000 tracker rows) that would be affected by the impending high winds and flood waters. Read more.

Jobs and Gigawatts: How to position your solar company in light of the Suniva trade case

How should you position your solar company in light of the Suniva/SolarWorld trade case? To address that question, I recently participated in a Renewable Energy World webcast with Abby Hopper, president of the Solar Energy Industries Association, and Matthew Nicely, a lawyer representing SEIA.

The sun rises for Argentina: The NEXT big Latin American solar market for single-axis trackers

As solar PV spreads throughout the world, we’re always looking for the next big market where single-axis trackers will add the most value to the region’s solar projects. So far in Latin America, Chile, Mexico and Brazil have led the way with hundreds of megawatts of solar installed or under construction, but there’s another South American country we believe is ready for substantial growth: Argentina.

NEXTracker is participating in the second annual Argentinian Renewable Energy Congress (AIREC), which takes place Oct. 2-5 in Buenos Aires.
